정확히 40년전 만들어진 이 영화... 하지만 아직도 와닿는 주제...사랑 그리고 결혼 그리고 그 안에서 변하는 두 사람...너무나 적나라하게 둘의 변화되는 모습을 교차시키며 보여주는 편집 방법은 지금봐도 전혀 어색하지 않는다. 소름~~
Audrey Hepburn의 또 다른 모습 그리고 매력을 볼 수 있었던 영화.. 확실히 그녀는 영화안에서 빛나는 존재였다..
놀라운점은 40년전에 만들어진 영화의 주제와 소재는 솔직히 지난 10년간 한국 드라마에서 울거 먹은 것들이였던 것..그래서 영화를 보는 동안 이 영화의 제작년도를 계속 되새김질 하고 있었다.. "이거 67년에 만드거 맞지?"
이 모든걸 적나라하게 표현해낼 수 있었던 건 감독과 시나리오의 힘이 필요하겠지만 무엇보다도 Audrey의 연기를 빼놓을 수가 없다. 그녀의 영화속의 10년의 모습은 정말 소름 칠정도로 매치가 안될만큼 바뀐다.. 그녀의 무서움(?)을 확실히 느낄수 영화가 아닐까?
Script는 이 영화의 최고의 장점중에 하나이다.. 한마디 한마디에 귀가 곤두 세워지는데 진짜 Script을 손에 넣고 싶은 욕심을 불러 일으킨다. Writer는 Eyes Wide Shut의 Frederic Raphael.. 믿거나 말거나 Eyes Wide Shut에서의 받은 느낌을 이 영화에서도 조금은 느낄 수 있었다면 믿을까? 두 영화에서 아내들의 외도장면에서 말이다...
영화에서 쓰여진 의상과 음악과 미술 .... 모든게 60년 후반의 트렌디한 모습을 그대로 담고 있다. 그리고 유럽을 배경으로 보여지는 화려한 모습들... 영화 내용을 떠나서 화면도 아주 볼만했던 거 같다. 특히 Audrey의 패션은 역시나 압권...
